About The Position

Litehouse Foods is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler II to join their team. Litehouse started in the Hope, Idaho restaurant of the Hawkins family 60 years ago and has become a leader in refrigerated salad dressings, dips, sauces, herbs, and cheese, manufacturing these products at four U.S. facilities. Requirements

High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
Forklift experience preferred (we'll provide certification if needed)
Comfortable working in a cool, refrigerated environment
Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move, load, unload, and stack materials
Pick and stack customer orders and receive vendor shipments accurately and safely
Maintain precise inventory records using handheld scanners and internal systems
Ensure proper stacking patterns and pallet configurations to meet quality and safety standards
Keep workspaces clean and organized through regular housekeeping duties
Uphold and follow Food Safety and Quality policies at all times
Work overtime and weekends as required
