About The Position

This role is responsible for operating forklifts, receiving and segregating materials, verifying receipts against purchase orders and invoices, preparing records of receipts and deliveries, identifying, labeling, and documenting relevant information, locating material in designated areas, dispatching material for production, and closing the cycle of movement and transaction in the system simultaneously. The position requires continuous compliance with all required regulatory standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• PR Driver's License.
• Computer proficiency (e.g., WORD, Excel, etc.).
• Basic reading, writing, math, and measurement skills.
• Ability to handle warehouse equipment (e.g., hand truck, scales, label maker, PC, RF, etc.).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in forklift operation.
• 2 years of experience in related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and complete equipment inspections according to required standards.
• Receive containers and segregate material.
• Verify physical receipts against purchase order and/or invoice and system.
• Prepare and/or maintain records of receipts and deliveries.
• Identify, label, and document relevant information in each process.
• Locate material in a physically designated area.
• Dispatch material for production.
• Close the cycle of movement and transaction in the system simultaneously.
• Continuously comply with all required regulatory standards.
