About The Position

Fleetwood RV, part of Terex Corporation, manufactures recreational vehicles under the Fleetwood, American Coach, and Holiday Rambler brands. The Material Handler I maintains inventory accuracy and moves parts, work in process (WIP), finished products, and mail packages between departments and warehouse locations. The role uses material-handling equipment and requires maintaining records of moved materials in accordance with procedures. It also involves driving in varied road conditions, including small roadways and highways, and keeping work areas safe, neat, and materials properly identified, stored, and protected from damage or deterioration.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency using computers for data entry, part scanning or transactions, and printing picklists.
• Ability to perform operations within acceptable inventory accuracy, quality, and time standards.
• Ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at the level required for successful job performance.
• Ability to communicate professionally and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successful completion of drug and background screening.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Move parts, work in process (WIP), and finished products, and deliver mail packages to department or warehouse locations.
• Operate material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks, rolling carts, and forklifts.
• Maintain required documentation for parts and materials moved in accordance with specified procedures.
• Drive in various road conditions, including small roadways and highways.
• Maintain work areas and designated areas in a safe and neat manner.
• Ensure materials and inventory are properly identified and stored to prevent damage or deterioration.
