As a Material Handler I, you’ll support daily operations through hands-on picking, packaging, and inventory tasks — all within a consistent weekday schedule.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED; 1+ year warehouse/distribution or manufacturing experience preferred.
Solid math, reading, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
A safety-first mindset and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Safely perform manual packaging, put-away, and order picking at floor level using non-powered equipment.
Assemble and package inbound materials, including assortment kits, using labeling systems, printers, scales, tape guns, and shrink wrap equipment.
Use RF scanners and basic data entry to accurately document packaging and picking activity.
Perform cart put-away and restocking to keep operations running smoothly.
Assist with inventory cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
Meet defined productivity and quality standards while working in a collaborative team environment.
