About The Position

The Material Handler/Export Analyst performs manual and clerical duties, responsible for the receipt, storage and shipment of materials, parts and products and the accounting thereof both physical and within the ERP system. This role is generally responsible for organizing and handling a variety of logistics issues in manufacturing, including material handling, work order kitting, inventory control, security and accountability of inventory, periodic cycle counts, and physical inventories. The position may also be responsible from a logistics and/or traffic standpoint for import-export licensing, ensuring legal compliance with regulations and government rules, and coordinating domestic and international shipments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent organization skills and communication skills.
• Exhibits good judgement and initiative.
• Able to maintain positive helpful and cooperative working relationship with all departments of the organization.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent team-building and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and handling a variety of logistics issues in manufacturing.
• Material handling, work order kitting, inventory control, security and accountability of inventory, periodic cycle counts, physical inventories.
• Import-export licensing, ensuring legal compliance with regulations and government rules, and coordinating domestic and international shipments.
