About The Position

Falls Filtration Technologies is seeking a dependable and motivated Material Handler / Expeditor to support our manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for ensuring materials, components, and supplies are delivered to the appropriate work areas on time to keep production running efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Ability to read work orders and production schedules.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
Experience operating a forklift is a plus.
Experience using AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies) is a plus.
Experience in using an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system for inventory, production, shipping, or material transactions preferred.

Responsibilities

Transport raw materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facility.
Deliver materials to production departments based on production schedules and work orders.
Monitor inventory levels and notify management of material shortages.
Expedite materials to ensure production deadlines are met.
Stage materials for upcoming production jobs.
Verify materials against work orders and packing slips.
Assist with receiving and stocking incoming materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation.
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment (training/certification provided if applicable).
Work closely with Production, Shipping/Receiving, Purchasing, and Quality departments.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
