In this role, you will help keep materials moving efficiently throughout the facility, ensuring production teams have what they need while maintaining an organized and accessible workspace.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production plant, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or material handling environment.
- Ability and willingness to learn to safely operate a forklift and obtain required certification.
- Basic inventory, labeling, and recordkeeping skills.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety standards and proper equipment operation.
- Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials throughout the facility.
- Transport raw materials and finished goods to designated production, storage, or shipping areas in a timely manner.
- Stage and organize materials to support efficient production workflows and minimize delays.
- Maintain accurate inventory by tracking, labeling, and verifying materials during movement and storage.
- Inspect equipment daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns to ensure safe operation.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling, stacking, and securing of materials.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming shipments, ensuring materials are stored correctly.
- Support production teams by ensuring materials are readily available and replenished as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate material movement and prioritize tasks.
