About The Position

The Group Leader, Warehouse is responsible for providing leadership and direction to co-workers in the execution and completion of daily tasks, including work order fulfillment, receipt activities, and the processing of customer and field service orders. The role emphasizes a strong commitment to safety, compliance with quality systems, and adherence to all applicable standards and regulations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of related experience.
Working knowledge of MRP systems required.
Must follow all applicable FDA regulations and ISO requirements.

Nice To Haves

Experience in an FDA-controlled environment preferred.
DOT Hazardous Materials training preferred.
Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Prioritize assignments and ensure production needs are met daily.
Retrieve and ensure computer-generated customer shipping orders are picked and shipped in a timely manner, meeting customer expectations.
Perform daily receipts for all incoming materials.
Assign duties to the warehouse team based on daily workload requirements.
Perform data entry and prepare shipment documentation per carrier requirements.
Complete all necessary documentation and reports.
Assist with inventory cycle counting.
Provide supervisors with personnel evaluations and assist in employee training.
Support team growth through training and engagement.
Assist Shipping functions when needed.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
