About The Position

The Material Handler 3 is a hands-on role supporting the LEAN Marketplace at Modular Mission Critical, M.C. Dean’s manufacturing campus for modular products serving datacenters and critical infrastructure. The position helps maintain continuous production flow by ensuring materials and supplies reach the correct locations at the appropriate times. The campus is located in Ruther Glen, Virginia.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or material-handling role.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to relocate a 12-foot stepladder without assistance.
Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet and climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks, and ladders.
Ability to walk, climb, lift, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and reach overhead routinely and repetitively.
Good vision, which may be corrected, ability to see color, and ability to hear and communicate in English.
Ability to use a standard ladder without exceeding its weight limit while carrying tools.
Ability to recognize when something is wrong or likely to go wrong; apply general rules to specific problems; combine information to form conclusions; see details at close range; and understand spoken information and ideas.
Must follow proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.
