About The Position

The Material Handler 2 position is responsible for reading work orders, collaborating with operators to improve the binding line operation, learning to operate small equipment, loading printed materials into bindery equipment, and moving finished product from the binding line to pallets, carts, or trays. This role also involves working in a team environment, cross-training, and receiving training for career advancement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience required
• Ability to stand for the entire duration of your shift

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and collaborate with operators to make improvements in the operation of our binding line.
• Learn to operate small pieces of equipment.
• Load printed materials into our bindery equipment.
• Move finished product from the binding line and stack neatly onto pallets, carts or trays.
• Work in a team environment and cross-train with others.
• Receive training to help advance your career.
