About The Position

The Material Expeditor expedites, routes, and dispatches material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments. The role reviews the master production schedule to identify possible and actual shortages and alerts the appropriate authorities to potential problems. It generates progress reports on schedule status and maintains records of completed orders. The expeditor takes appropriate action to expedite materials, such as arranging repair of damaged material or transporting in-house material, and reports completion dates, material changes or substitutions, shortages, and schedule modifications. The position is onsite in Clearwater, Florida, on the second shift from 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. The stated duration is 12 months, at a pay rate of $22–$24 per hour on W-2.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills.
