Serves as a Material Expeditor responsible for coordinating and controlling the movement of personnel and cargo through staged departure points for air transport to CONUS and OCONUS locations. Develops and completes Aircraft Load Plans using the Integrated Computerized Deployment System (ICODES). Reviews unit Air Load Plans, including Diplomatic Clearance for HAZMAT, to ensure compliance with authorized weight limitations validated by Air Mobility Command (AMC) and FORSCOM. Coordinates the processing and loading of personnel and cargo in accordance with deployment plans and aircraft schedules. Collaborates with Installation Transportation Office (ITO), Mobility Control Center (MCC), Ground Liaison Office (GLO), Arrival/Departure Airfield Control Group (A/DACG), Aerial Port Squadron, and other agencies to ensure efficient air movement operations. Performs cargo and passenger dispatch functions, maintains aircraft status boards and tracking systems, and receives air mission details. Communicates mission and processing updates to the Shift Leader and relevant stakeholders. Monitors deploying unit movement timelines and prepares required reports, including Wheels Up/Wheels Down reporting to FORSCOM. Utilizes Global Decision Support System (GDDS) and Single Mobility System (SMS) to track and monitor mission progress. Provides deployment and redeployment coordination and status updates to supported units and partner agencies. Completes required AMO training, performs preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS) on assigned equipment, and operates material handling equipment, including a 10K forklift, in support of mission requirements.
