Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excel experience including formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, filtering, and sorting
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

Development, analysis, and completion of material proposals
Evaluation of material and other direct costs associated with proposed contracts and programs with cross-functional teams
Use of company estimating and pricing tools and systems
Development of Material Basis of Estimates, including tracking progress, validating supplier quotes, analyzing purchase order history, maintaining consistency across the program, and verifying estimating approach
Compliance of proposals with FAR and internal requirements
Development and implementation of material package solutions
Analysis of inputs supporting material estimates
