Requirements

Typically, requires Bachelor’s in science, Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience.
Excel experience including formulas, macros, lookup functions, pivot tables, filtering, and sorting
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Responsibilities

Development, analysis, and completion of material proposals and creation of Material Cost Summary (MCS)
Evaluation of material and other direct costs associated with proposed contracts and programs with cross-functional teams
Use of company estimating and pricing tools and systems
Development of Material Basis of Estimates, including tracking progress, validating supplier quotes, analyzing purchase order history, maintaining program consistency, and verifying estimating approach
Compliance of proposals with FAR and internal requirements as material point of contact
Development and implementation of solutions for material packages
Analysis of inputs supporting material estimates
