Requirements

  • Experience with manufacturing concepts, including Demand Flow, Kanbans, Just-In-Time and Lean Manufacturing
  • Experience with data analysis and problem solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams,etc...)
  • Experience leading issue resolution amongst a cross-functional team
  • Ability to work weekends/overtime as needed to support production
  • Must be 18 years of age or older to apply

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP Warehouse Module / Inventory Control / Materials Management Modules
  • Experience in Supply Management or Operations
  • Experience with the Deere Production System
  • Experience working with a unionized workforce

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the procurement of internally manufactured and externally procured production materials.
  • Audit and adjust inventory where appropriate while utilizing root cause analysis to determine future corrective actions.
  • Assist in the analysis of material replenishment cycles and propose changes where deemed appropriate.
  • Lead projects in relation to inventory accuracy, material availability, and material replenishment for their production department of responsibility.
