Requirements

Experience in material handling, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing environments.
Strong commitment to safety, quality and compliance in day-to-day operations.
Ability to accurately weigh, record and physically move materials, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable using Microsoft applications and learning new inventory or MRP systems.
Clear communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Self-motivated, organised and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Safely handle, process, weigh and ship precious metal materials in line with EH&S and Life Saving Policies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and transact material movements within JM systems.
Support on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery of customer orders through effective coordination with scheduling and logistics teams.
Ensure materials are packed, stored and transported in compliance with security, regulatory and quality standards.
Carry out routine equipment checks and support basic maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-train across Supply Chain functions.
