About The Position

HL Mando America Corporation is hiring a Material Control Specialist in Hogansville, Georgia. The position is responsible for material orders, inventory levels, and supplier communications to support production schedules. The specialist maintains accurate bill of materials (BOM) and ERP records and coordinates engineering order (EO) changes and new program launches. The role monitors supplier performance and delivery schedules to prevent shortages or excess inventory and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain efficiency and cost control.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience managing material orders.
• At least 1 year of experience maintaining optimal stock levels or reconciling ERP and system records with actual inventory.
• At least 1 year of experience collaborating with engineering, production, and logistics teams to support EO changes, new product launches, and process improvements.
• Training, education, or experience issuing purchase orders, tracking supplier performance, and ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Training, education, or experience using ERP systems and Excel for demand planning and inventory analysis.
• Experience may be acquired concurrently, but concurrent experience is not required.
