About The Position

GYMGUYZ is seeking a results-driven Master Trainer passionate about improving functionality, mobility, and overall health to join their team in Mainline & Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. The company aims to revolutionize fitness by helping individuals achieve healthier lifestyles through personalized, in-home workouts. This is a mobile role where the trainer acts as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting assessments, selling training packages, delivering sessions, and supporting business growth. The role requires professionalism, confidence, and independence, with support provided through training and systems. The territory covers Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware counties.

Requirements

  • Personal Trainer Certification (CPT) from an accredited organization or commitment to obtain certification within 60 days of hire
  • CPR certification
  • Some experience in personal training or a strong foundation in fitness
  • Comfort with sales conversations and closing during the assessment process
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and willingness to drive a company van
  • Availability to work occasional evenings and some weekend hours

Responsibilities

  • Conduct complimentary in-home fitness assessments and confidently sell personal training packages
  • Deliver safe, effective, and engaging in-home personal training sessions
  • Build strong client relationships focused on results, accountability, and retention
  • Participate in weekly field marketing and community outreach efforts
  • Represent the GYMGUYZ brand professionally while driving the territory and working in clients’ homes
  • Manage your schedule and appointments independently and responsibly
  • Support the growth of the team as the business expands (future opportunity)
