Master Trainer Fitness & Sales Role

As a Master Trainer at GYMGUYZ, you are the primary point of contact for new and existing clients. You’ll perform complimentary in‑home fitness assessments, sell personal training packages, deliver high‑quality training sessions, and support local efforts that help grow the business. This is a mobile role that requires professionalism, confidence, and independence. You’ll be supported with training and systems, and you’ll also be trusted to represent the brand in homes and communities throughout the territory which is Chester, Montgomery and Delaware counties.
Requirements
- Personal Trainer Certification (CPT) from an accredited organization or commitment to obtain certification within 60 days of hire
- CPR certification
- Some experience in personal training or a strong foundation in fitness
- Comfort with sales conversations and closing during the assessment process
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and willingness to drive a company van
- Availability to work occasional evenings and some weekend hours

Responsibilities
- Conduct complimentary in‑home fitness assessments and confidently sell personal training packages
- Deliver safe, effective, and engaging in‑home personal training sessions
- Build strong client relationships focused on results, accountability, and retention
- Participate in weekly field marketing and community outreach efforts
- Represent the GYMGUYZ brand professionally while driving the territory and working in clients’ homes
- Manage your schedule and appointments independently and responsibly
- Support the growth of the team as the business expands (future opportunity)
