Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education) for Senior Level.
  • Experience in formal schedule oversight and acting as a Functional Lead for schedule integration for Senior Level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education) for Midlevel.
  • Proficiency in MS Project or other scheduling software for Midlevel.
  • Must hold an active Secret Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • PMI-SP or PMP certification.
  • DAWIA Level II in Program Management (or equivalent).
  • Experience with MS Project or Primavera in a DoW environment.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the development of the Integrated Master Schedule and coordinates schedule updates across multifunctional departments.
  • Validate schedule health metrics and authorize adjustments to the critical path to maintain program alignment.
  • Monitor performance against schedule baselines and lead internal teams in achieving complex milestone goals.
  • Executes strategic schedule oversight for logistics and sustainment milestones across the Pacific theater.
  • Validate the accuracy of task-level schedules and lead internal assessments to ensure alignment with theater-specific operational standards.
  • Coordinate with Mission Partners to proactively identify and resolve schedule slips before they impact regional mission readiness.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
