About The Position

The Master Scheduler is responsible for the overall management of the production schedule, inventory and correct allocation of material/supplied resources to production team.

Requirements

Must have 3 – 5 years industry experience
Ability to analyze data, generate reports and presentations
Effective communication skills
Demonstrated success optimizing manufacturing and work processes and methods, with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to hold teams accountable to meeting commitments and objectives and adhering to policies and procedures
Managing complex, voluminous and sometimes contradictory information to find strong solutions
Ability to help develop strategic direction for organization, communicate it effectively to key stakeholders, and implement changes needed to achieve the vision
Proficiency with Software (Microsoft Office Suite, D365)
Willingness to learn new technologies and implement them proactively
Prior inventory and production schedule experience
Strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service
Ability to work in a team environment

Nice To Haves

Four-year college degree from an accredited institution preferred

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain production schedules based upon current customer requirements
Track and report KPI's of production scheduling for on time completion
Manage production schedule conflicts through cross functional team alignment
Lead cross functional Production Readiness Reviews in advance of initial production run
Oversees and maintains the planning schedule in accordance with future customer requirements
Work with cross functional teams in developing near/ mid / long term plans
Key role in kickoff meetings for new projects
Ability to communicate with multiple disciplines
Utilize dashboards / data to report current and near-term status
Analyze data, generate reports / presentations to convey large amounts of information
Other duties as assigned
Participate in required safety program and work in a safe manner.
