About The Position

Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, is seeking a Master Scheduler with a passion for planning and scheduling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction by optimizing plant production, minimizing stock levels, and managing sales and operations planning. The Master Scheduler will communicate with customers, establish and monitor the master production schedule, manage pool and safety stock levels, and track delivery performance. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to optimize resources, resolve issues related to engineering or mix changes, and anticipate potential problems is also a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Experience in production in an industrial environment.
Minimum bi-lingual (English required).
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Ensuring customer satisfaction by levelling the activity of the plant production floor at the minimum stock level possible.
Communicating with customers.
Establishing and monitoring the master production schedule.
Preparing and implementing the sales and operations planning.
Managing the pool and safety stocks levels.
Following up the delivery performance.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize resources and processes.
Anticipating and resolving any issues related to engineering changes or mix changes.
