About The Position

Thales is seeking a Master Scheduler for Aviation Global Services (AGS) in the Americas region. As part of Global Supply Chain, this role creates, implements, and manages short-term master schedules for dock-to-dock, in-house, and subcontractor flows. The scheduler translates demand forecasts into monthly, weekly, and daily schedules and prepares data to support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), while coordinating scheduling updates and issue resolution between operations and commercial functions. The role builds and maintains schedules that account for customer Service Level Agreements, turnaround and lead times, available capacity, drop-in requests, and customer priorities to maximize throughput. The scheduler collaborates with supply chain functions, customer support, repair line management, and other support teams, and balances work across functions, shifts, and days to optimize throughput and internal resource utilization. The position also reviews schedule performance, conducts root cause analysis of adherence gaps, and leads process improvements and daily cross-functional reviews to support execution. It serves as the central point of communication for schedule matters within the Flow Team and represents Supply Chain at Flow and Lead Team meetings as needed. The position is based onsite in Orlando, Florida, with core business hours Monday through Friday. It may also require nontraditional hours, on-call responsibilities, nights, and weekends in support of an Aircraft on Ground (AOG) environment. The role requires access to office, specialized work, production, warehouse, and repair-station areas, and may involve domestic travel up to 5%. The reference total target compensation range is $58,615.50–$97,758.00 annually.
