About The Position

The Master Scheduler / Production Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and driving Titan Circuits’ production schedule to support customer commitments, material readiness, operational flow, and on-time delivery in a high-mix PCB assembly manufacturing environment. This role owns the daily and weekly build plan, monitors WIP movement, identifies schedule risks, and coordinates closely with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Program Management, Shipping, Receiving, and Warehouse teams. This is a hands-on, floor-connected planning role that requires strong follow-through, urgency, ERP discipline, and the ability to balance customer demand, material availability, labor capacity, production constraints, and shipping priorities. Inventory/Warehouse, Shipping, and Receiving will report directly to this position.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, production schedules, BOMs, shortages, inventory transactions, WIP tracking, and customer delivery requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Shipping, Receiving, Warehouse, and Program/Customer teams.
  • Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage changing priorities, and drive accountability in a fast-paced production environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, aerospace/defense, or other high-mix manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
  • Experience with CETEC, Epicor, SAP, Factory Logix, Vantage, or similar ERP/manufacturing execution systems.
  • Experience supervising warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or production-support personnel.
  • Experience with cycle counts, inventory accuracy, shortage management, clear-to-build reviews, and shipment recovery planning.
  • Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, ESD controls, traceability, and audit-ready manufacturing discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the master production schedule, daily build plan, and production priorities based on customer demand, released jobs, material availability, capacity, and shipment commitments.
  • Monitor WIP, shortages, clear-to-build status, kitting readiness, production progress, and schedule risk; communicate issues early and drive recovery actions with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management.
  • Lead daily planning alignment with Production, Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, and Purchasing to ensure material flow, kit readiness, production execution, and shipment priorities remain synchronized.
  • Directly supervise Inventory/Warehouse, Shipping, and Receiving activities, including workload priorities, transaction accuracy, cycle counts, material movement, receiving flow, shipment readiness, and escalation of bottlenecks.
  • Maintain accurate ERP/CETEC scheduling data, job status, material status, promise dates, WIP visibility, and planning reports used to support production meetings and leadership decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in scheduling discipline, inventory accuracy, warehouse flow, WIP control, kitting efficiency, shipping execution, and cross-functional communication.
