About The Position

Centurion is seeking a full-time Master's Level Behavioral Health Counselor to join their team at West Tennessee State Penitentiary in Henning, Tennessee. This role involves working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to address the behavioral health needs of patients in a correctional environment. Responsibilities include managing case files, overseeing intake and discharge processes, and monitoring treatment plans and patient progress.

Requirements

• Master's level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from a CACREP accredited educational institution required
• Two years of experience required
• Must show active CPR and Basic Life Support certification
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
