About The Position

Works under general supervision to manage document retrieval and storage and assist with document transfers and destruction as well as other duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Three (3) years of experience in customer service including face-to-face interaction, data entry, electronic and manual file storage
  • High school diploma or possess a GED
  • Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask on multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to remain calm and presentable in hectic situations
  • Ability to function well in stressful situations and with constant distractions
  • Skilled at operating standard office equipment
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Banking experience is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Organizes and maintains the storage/retrieval of Trustee records and files.
  • Facilitates the collection of files and records for destruction by the Trustee and the Public Records Commission.
  • Scans critical property tax documents.
  • Transacts land sale disbursements.
  • Processes property legal descriptions.
  • Enters and maintains data records.
  • Facilitates the printing of various forms.
  • Performs data processing functions for records storage and Kiosk maintenance.
  • Performs other duties as required or directed.
