Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering.
  • Experience in production scheduling, supply chain, or customer interface roles.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing flows, constraints, and MRP/MPS concepts.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly across teams.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally in fast‑paced industrial environments.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure flawless customer service & schedule reliability by monitoring OEM customer portals, maintaining and validating customer shipping schedules, managing customer releases within ERP and release-based systems, preparing and publishing the weekly Master Production Schedule (MPS), and serving as the primary point of contact for OEMs to ensure transparency, responsiveness, and 100% on-time delivery.
  • Drive supply chain planning, material accuracy & inventory performance by communicating heijunka schedules, utilizing the MPS as input to MRP, managing WIP and finished goods inventory using Kanban and pull-based systems, reviewing planning parameters, handling exception management including after-hours support, coordinating customer expedites, improving key supply chain metrics, continuously monitoring MPS inputs, and managing customer portal requirements.
  • Support operational excellence & uphold safety standards by holding the authority to stop production when quality or safety concerns arise, and performing duties that may involve walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 33 lbs., and working in varying temperature conditions.
  • Provide PES support & cross-functional collaboration by training and supporting end users, applying contingency actions for PES issues, leading escalation for PES software and hardware support, reporting to the Local PES Coordinator, collaborating with central support teams, contributing to the Key User functional network, and following support tickets through resolution.
  • Apply and respect all Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards within the scope of responsibility, contributing to the performance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Handle sensitive information with appropriate care due to TISAX confidentiality level [Level 1].
