About The Position

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS-Fibrebond division is currently seeking a Master Production Scheduler. This role takes place at our facility in Minden, LA. We are able to offer relocation assistance for qualified candidates within the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and preparing production schedules for manufacture of steel and concrete mission-critical equipment shelters and structures at the Minden, LA manufacturing facility. This role will also support the coordination of customer orders and manufacturing and delivery schedules and support the resolution of production scheduling concerns. Fibrebond, an Eaton company, designs and manufactures pre integrated modular buildings and power enclosures that protect mission critical equipment for data center, industrial, utility, and communications customers. Headquartered in Minden, Louisiana, Fibrebond is known for its engineered to order solutions that support complex infrastructure projects across North America. In 2025, Fibrebond was acquired by Eaton, expanding Eaton’s modular solutions portfolio while preserving Fibrebond’s strong engineering expertise, customer focus, and manufacturing operations in Louisiana.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management OR a Bachelor’s degree in any subject plus 2 or more years of direct production scheduling experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Package.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to exchange information clearly and concisely, present ideas, and report facts and other information.
  • Strong attention to detail when working under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational focus with demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solution oriented- ability to problem solve and trouble shoot challenges.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and end customers.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Nice To Haves

  • APICS CPIM certification
  • 2 or more years in production planning in a manufacturing environment.
  • At least 4 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Establish summary and sequence detail of schedules for each made-to-order job based on customer ship date, state approvals, required material lead time and available capacity.
  • Drive resolution of job delays including coordinating the expedite of operations and/or materials that delay schedules and alter schedules to overcome unforeseen conditions impacting on time delivery.
  • Collaborate with the production team and project management teams to facilitate customer change requests.
  • Work with technical sales in providing projected schedules to support customer quotation process.
  • Own, maintain and publish production schedules.
  • Drive daily coordination/partnership with production supervisors, project managers, plant management, and quality department to evaluate any changes needed in the production schedule.
  • Partner with production and project management teams to drive continuous improvement and cost out through the scheduling process.
  • Plan and track shipping and distribution metrics.
