Requirements

  • Valid Master Plumber license
  • Strong experience in residential and light commercial plumbing
  • Ability to diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems independently
  • In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes and safety requirements
  • Leadership ability with a willingness to mentor and train others
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Dependable, organized, and professional
  • Ability to lift equipment
  • Ability to work in crawlspaces, basements, mechanical rooms, and outdoor environments

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and service residential and light commercial plumbing systems
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend repair or replacement solutions
  • Work on systems and equipment including: Water heaters & tankless systems, Water lines & drain lines, Gas lines, Fixtures, Sump pumps, Pressure regulators
  • Read blueprints, job scopes, and plumbing layouts as needed
  • Ensure all work meets plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
  • Pull permits or assist with permit requirements when necessary
  • Inspect work completed by other plumbers for accuracy and compliance
  • Lead plumbing projects and support training for junior team members
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, solutions, pricing, and timelines
  • Complete job documentation (notes, invoices, photos) using company software
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service vehicle
  • Keep job sites clean and protect customers’ homes
  • Collaborate with dispatch, management, and team members to complete jobs efficiently
  • Follow all company safety and service standards
  • Report to work on time, in uniform, and maintain a professional appearance
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed
