Requirements
- Valid Master Plumber license
- Strong experience in residential and light commercial plumbing
- Ability to diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems independently
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes and safety requirements
- Leadership ability with a willingness to mentor and train others
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, organized, and professional
- Ability to lift equipment
- Ability to work in crawlspaces, basements, mechanical rooms, and outdoor environments
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and service residential and light commercial plumbing systems
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend repair or replacement solutions
- Work on systems and equipment including: Water heaters & tankless systems, Water lines & drain lines, Gas lines, Fixtures, Sump pumps, Pressure regulators
- Read blueprints, job scopes, and plumbing layouts as needed
- Ensure all work meets plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations
- Pull permits or assist with permit requirements when necessary
- Inspect work completed by other plumbers for accuracy and compliance
- Lead plumbing projects and support training for junior team members
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, solutions, pricing, and timelines
- Complete job documentation (notes, invoices, photos) using company software
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service vehicle
- Keep job sites clean and protect customers’ homes
- Collaborate with dispatch, management, and team members to complete jobs efficiently
- Follow all company safety and service standards
- Report to work on time, in uniform, and maintain a professional appearance
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
