About The Position

Join our team as a Master Planner in Fort Worth, TX, where you’ll play a pivotal role supporting mission-critical programs across multiple locations. In this high-impact position, you will drive the success of complex engineering, manufacturing, and development initiatives within the Aerospace & Defense sector. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging advanced scheduling tools and methodologies to ensure seamless program execution and delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs
• In-depth expertise with Critical Path methodology
• Proficient in Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool and Milestones Professional software
• Strong background in Earned Value Management (EVM) and IPMDAR reporting
• Proven ability in schedule control, proposal development, and project management integration
• Aerospace & Defense sector experience, specifically with IRAD projects
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated self-starter with hands-on program planning and scheduling experience

• Independent work across technical teams with understanding of technical products
• Experience with Capture, Research & Development, and Production Scheduling Requirements
• Knowledge of dependencies between functions in complex program environments

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated master schedules for multiple programs
• Support proposal schedule development and contribute to Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate creation
• Advise Program Management on contractual impacts, critical events, and risks that may affect program delivery or cost
• Facilitate communication and coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and functional organizations
• Apply Critical Path Methodology to schedule network development and analysis
• Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) to track project performance and progress
• Prepare and present status reports, metrics, and presentations to stakeholders
• Contribute to schedule control processes, proposal development, project management integration, and internal/external audits
• Continuously enhance schedule management processes and tools
• Take on additional planning and scheduling responsibilities as assigned
