Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of hands-on Program Planning and Scheduling experience
  • Proven expertise with Critical Path methodology and Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project
  • Demonstrated understanding of schedule control processes, proposal development, project management integration, and audits
  • Solid experience preparing reports and presenting to diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; proven team collaborator

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Ability to work independently across technical teams and gain product knowledge
  • Experience with Capture, Research & Development, and Production Scheduling requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Program Integrated Master Schedules for multiple ongoing projects
  • Assist with proposal schedule development and support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate documentation
  • Proactively advise Program Management on contractual impacts, critical events, delivery, and cost factors
  • Ensure effective cross-functional communication and coordination with Integrated Product Teams
  • Apply Critical Path Methodology in schedule network development and analysis
  • Prepare detailed status reports, project metrics, and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders
  • Engage across various functional organizations, including engineering, procurement, contracts, and production
  • Support risk and opportunity analysis input for schedule and project planning
  • Take initiative in identifying and implementing scheduling improvements
