About The Position

As a Master Model Builder, you’re not just building with LEGO—you’re hosting unforgettable experiences, leading high-energy interactions, and inspiring guests of all ages to play, create, and imagine. You will be the face of the experience, engaging guests, sparking conversations, and creating memorable moments. You will lead interactive build sessions full of energy, creativity, and fun, and bring the hype, acting as a birthday party host, camp counselor, or improv performer. You will also get camera-ready for TV, social media, events, and special appearances, and create jaw-dropping LEGO builds that inspire guests to try it themselves. You will connect with everyone, from toddlers to adult LEGO superfans, and lead and mentor a team of Assistant Master Model Builders.

Requirements

• A passion for LEGO, creativity, and hands-on building
• A natural ability to engage, entertain, and connect with guests
• Confidence, charisma, and a willingness to step into the spotlight
• A positive, team-first attitude and a love for creating fun
• A desire to mentor and help support the Assistant Master Model Builders and team grow in their roles
• You’re the most outgoing person in the room
• You’ve been told you have “great energy” or “a big personality”
• You love working with kids and know how to meet them at their level
• You’ve hosted events, parties, camps, or led groups before.
• You’re comfortable being on stage, on camera, or the center of attention
• You don’t just build things—you bring ideas (and people) to life
• You’re comfortable teaching classes and sharing your love of the LEGO brand

Responsibilities
