About The Position
The Master Locksmith is a highly skilled professional responsible for advancing services, including the installation, maintenance, repair, and design of mechanical and electronic locking systems. This role requires expert knowledge in security systems, key control, safe work, and access control, as well as the ability to lead, train, and advise on security best practices.

Responsibilities
- Install, repair, rekey, and maintain a wide range of locking systems, including mechanical, electronic, and high-security locks, as well as doorknobs, door handles, and push bars
- Design and manage master key systems and key control programs
- Diagnose and resolve complex lock, door, safe, and access control issues
- Install and service safes, vaults, panic hardware, door closures, and security hardware
- Provide emergency lockout services and security response as needed
- Evaluate facilities for security risks and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of keys, locks, and security systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and organizational policies
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory related to locksmith operations
- Collaborate with the Projects Management Department and Facilities Department to manage key access issues, including new construction, renovations, system upgrades, and operational changes
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure proper lock hardware, keying systems, and access control requirements are implemented
