Requirements

• Must be enrolled at an accredited university
• Receiving credit for the internship
• Be able to commute to the office as these are not remote internships
• Flu vaccinations

Responsibilities

• Providing services in the home, community, office and over telehealth when appropriate.
• Attending team meetings and medication consultation as well as weekly supervision.
• Providing individual and family therapy to patients and their families.
• Collaborating with team members, medical providers and community partners.
• Responsible for maintaining electronic medical records.
