About The Position

The Master Level Automotive Technician is responsible for performing advanced car maintenance and repair tasks, inspecting vehicles for potential problems, and troubleshooting issues to ensure vehicle is performing appropriately and the customer is taken care of. This role requires in-depth automotive repair knowledge, the skill level of a Master Technician, and the ability to work in a high-volume pace while providing service of the highest quality to our customers. The technician will perform skilled mechanical work, analyzing, diagnosing problems, and completing all aspects of mechanical automotive repairs including drivetrain, electrical, brake, and air conditioning diagnosis. Responsibilities include inspecting, replacing, and/or repairing defective parts, performing preventative maintenance, and continuously learning new technical information to stay abreast of rapidly changing automotive technology. The ideal candidate will demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company’s vision, mission, and core values, and must be able to work both as a team and independently, adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ in automotive repair services
  • Engine/diagnostic experience in a professional capacity
  • Must have expired or current ASE Certifications
  • Must have a minimum of $25,000 in technician tools
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to operate and drive vehicles
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
