About The Position

Land Rover of Boise is seeking an experienced Master Technician to join their team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Land Rover vehicles to factory standards. The technician will work in a modern facility with access to the latest tools, equipment, and training, earning competitive flat-rate compensation.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Land Rover Technician or Master Technician.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
Knowledge of Land Rover systems, electronics, and repair procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license.
A clean driving record.
Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

ASE certifications preferred.
Land Rover factory certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Land Rover vehicles.
Efficiently identify and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and drivability concerns.
Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards.
Document findings, repairs, and recommendations accurately.
Perform vehicle inspections and recommend needed services.
Maintain productivity and quality standards.
Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Stay current on Land Rover technologies, service procedures, and training requirements.
