About The Position

Land Rover of Boise is seeking an experienced Master Technician to join their team. This role is for a top-performing technician who is passionate about diagnostics, complex repairs, and delivering premium customer experiences. The Master Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Land Rover vehicles to factory standards, working in a modern facility with access to the latest tools, equipment, and training. This is a full-time, long-term career opportunity with advancement potential.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Land Rover Technician or Master Technician.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
Knowledge of Land Rover systems, electronics, and repair procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

ASE certifications preferred.
Land Rover factory certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Land Rover vehicles.
Efficiently identify and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and drivability concerns.
Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer standards.
Document findings, repairs, and recommendations accurately.
Perform vehicle inspections and recommend needed services.
Maintain productivity and quality standards.
Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Stay current on Land Rover technologies, service procedures, and training requirements.
