About The Position

Kia Santa Monica is seeking a high-producing, high-speed Master Technician with a minimum of 3 years of Kia experience. The role involves accurately diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest dealership and manufacturer standards, ensuring optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. The technician will collaborate with the Service Team, support and mentor other technicians, and complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Kia dealership experience as a Master Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• High-producing, efficient, and detail-oriented.
• Commitment to quality, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• 18 years or older required
• Must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• ASE and other manufacturer certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic concerns.
• Perform advanced repairs and maintenance to Porsche standards.
• Accurately document all diagnostics, repairs, and services.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Service Team to ensure timely workflow.
• Support and mentor technicians with technical expertise.
