About The Position

Champion & Nash HVAC is looking for an experienced Master HVAC Technician to join their growing team in Pasadena, TX. This role is for a highly skilled residential HVAC professional who will take ownership of complex service calls, provide expert solutions for homeowners, and help develop the next generation of technicians. With 5-10 years of residential HVAC service experience, the technician will play a key role in delivering exceptional workmanship, solving challenging problems, and representing Champion & Nash as a trusted HVAC professional in the community.

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, components, diagnostics, and repair practices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex service issues.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Experience mentoring or supporting other technicians preferred.
• Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and provide effective, long-term solutions.
• Educate homeowners on repair options, system performance, and replacement solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional job sites.
• Accurately document completed work, recommendations, and customer information.
• Support and mentor junior technicians by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and company events.
