About The Position

Champion & Nash HVAC is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in Pasadena, TX. This role is ideal for a technician with 2-4 years of residential HVAC service experience who is looking to continue developing their technical skills, provide exceptional customer service, and build a long-term career with a trusted HVAC company. You'll diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems, educate homeowners on solutions, and represent Champion & Nash with professionalism on every call. Requirements

2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair practices.
Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service abilities.
Detail-oriented with good organization and time management skills.
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Nice To Haves

Experience using ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform residential HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
Troubleshoot system issues and recommend the best solutions for homeowners.
Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and professional service.
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and job site.
Complete accurate service documentation and customer notes.
Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and development opportunities.
