About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Master Esthetician to join the team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The ideal candidate has advanced skincare treatment knowledge and experience, a strong commitment to client satisfaction, and the ability to provide personalized esthetic services in a professional and welcoming environment.

The Master Esthetician performs advanced treatments, analyzes clients’ skin, and creates customized treatment plans. The role also involves maintaining a clean and sanitary treatment area, educating clients about skincare routines and products, staying current with industry developments, building client relationships, and collaborating with team members to provide an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

• Valid Master Esthetician license in the state of Virginia.
• At least 3 years of experience as a licensed esthetician; spa or medical spa experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and various skin conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, with a passion for helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a spa or medical spa setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced esthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skincare therapies.
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to develop customized treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized treatment area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend appropriate products to enhance treatment results.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.
