About The Position

Polestar Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is actively seeking a Master Electrician to help lead and grow our expanding electrical division. This is a key leadership opportunity for someone who wants to build something long-term within a growing, established company. Polestar has proudly served the Kansas City area for over 40 years and continues to grow. We are looking for a motivated leader ready to help build and shape the future of our electrical division.

Requirements

• Active Master Electrician license required
• Strong residential service experience
• Leadership mindset with desire to help build a department
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and efficiently

Responsibilities

• Perform residential electrical service, repair, and installation work
• Help lead and grow the electrical division
• Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code
• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service
• Support training and development as the team grows
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
