About The Position

Master Ceramist – Cosmetic Dental Laboratory Specialist. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Master Ceramist to join our world-class cosmetic dental team in-house. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with premier cosmetic dentists on high-profile and VIP cases, including individuals in the public eye. Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a dental ceramist, with strong cosmetic and anterior esthetic experience preferred.
Master-level ceramic layering and finishing skills.
Experience with high-end cosmetic dentistry cases and smile design workflows.
Strong understanding of color theory, morphology, occlusion, and natural esthetics.
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining uncompromising attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Professionalism and discretion when working with high-profile clientele.

Nice To Haves

Experience with digital dentistry workflows, scanners, CAD/CAM systems, and modern laboratory technology preferred.

Responsibilities

Fabricate ultra-high-end ceramic restorations including veneers, crowns, bridges, implant restorations, and full smile rehabilitations.
Layer, contour, stain, and finish restorations with exceptional esthetic precision.
Work closely alongside doctors during treatment planning, shade matching, and case execution.
Interpret clinical photography, digital scans, and prescriptions to create natural, functional, and highly esthetic restorations.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and predictable outcomes.
Maintain the highest standards for quality control, fit, anatomy, occlusion, and esthetics.
Participate in complex cosmetic and rehabilitative cases involving demanding esthetic expectations.
Stay current with the latest ceramic materials, digital workflows, and laboratory techniques.
Contribute to a culture of excellence, professionalism, discretion, and teamwork.
