About The Position

This role serves as a Senior MDM Administrator/Developer (Systems Analyst 3) and is responsible for supporting enterprise master data management initiatives, particularly focusing on member and provider data. The position involves close collaboration with business areas, project sponsors, and subject matter experts to understand data domains and identity resolution challenges. Key activities include extracting, integrating, profiling, and analyzing data, developing identification strategies, supporting analytics and reporting, ensuring data governance, and promoting data literacy. The role also involves developing and refining AI prompts for data synthesis and working with various teams to troubleshoot data issues. The work environment is an Agile development setting, requiring collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders, analysts, and program staff. An in-person interview is required, and a background check may be necessary.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter.
  • 10+ years of experience with Informatica MDM or similar Master Data Management tools.
  • 10+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating complex identity resolution requirements into actionable data solutions.
  • 8+ years of experience explaining technical findings and data limitations to non-technical users and leadership.
  • 8+ years of strong SQL experience for data identification, profiling, analysis, and manipulation.
  • 8+ years of experience collaborating with business users, analysts, and IT leadership to develop and validate identity management strategies.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience with Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse environments.
  • 5+ years of experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with program areas, project sponsors, and system subject matter experts to understand member and provider data domains and identity resolution challenges.
  • Translate complex technical findings and data limitations into clear, non-technical language for business users and leadership.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and operational stakeholders.
  • Support enterprise master data management initiatives using Informatica MDM.
  • Extract, integrate, profile, and analyze member and provider identity data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Develop and validate client and provider identification strategies for analytics and reporting initiatives.
  • Support enterprise analytics, reporting, and strategic decision-making through effective data integration.
  • Collaborate with end users, performance analysts, and IT leadership to support reporting and visualization initiatives.
  • Validate identity data and ensure consistency across reporting solutions.
  • Support analytical initiatives involving complex member and provider data.
  • Ensure adherence to agency data governance standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Support data quality initiatives and identity management best practices.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving data inconsistencies across systems.
  • Promote enterprise adoption of master data management practices.
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and user guides for master data usage.
  • Conduct training sessions for business users and non-technical staff.
  • Support organizational efforts to improve data literacy and utilization.
  • Develop and refine AI prompts and query strategies for retrieving and synthesizing information from complex data domains.
  • Guide business users in creating effective prompts to improve data retrieval accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain reusable prompt libraries and templates for common identity-related use cases.
  • Validate AI-generated outputs and assist in identifying potential inaccuracies or hallucinations.
  • Work with data engineering, analytics, IT, and program teams to troubleshoot identity management and data quality issues.
  • Provide expert guidance on data identity trends, analysis, and resolution strategies.
  • Stay current with emerging AI, data management, and identity resolution technologies.
