About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of product master data to ensure quality, integrity, and standardization across the organization. You will collaborate with various cross-functional teams internally and external stakeholders to utilize processes and workflows, build a strong data foundation, and troubleshoot system-related issues impacting Master Data. You will focus on creating and updating master data records in systems like PIM, legacy ERP, and Oracle modules, adhering to business policies and data quality requirements. Additionally, you will support the Master Data team's operations, including process improvements, documentation, data incident management, and data quality monitoring. You will also maintain pricing and promotions for item master data and provide analysis and reports to leadership and cross-functional teams related to product, inventory, and sales data.

Requirements

  • Proficient in MS Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • College or University Degree in Supply Chain or related discipline.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Creation and maintenance of product master data to ensure quality, integrity, and standardization.
  • Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, E-commerce, technology) and external stakeholders (suppliers).
  • Utilizing processes and workflows to build a strong data foundation and troubleshoot system-related issues impacting Master Data.
  • Creating and updating master data records in PIM, legacy ERP, and Oracle modules in compliance with business policies and data quality requirements.
  • Supporting Master Data team operations, including process improvements, documentation, data incident management, and data quality monitoring.
  • Maintaining pricing and promotions for item master data to ensure correct reflection in all systems.
  • Providing analysis and reports on product, inventory, and sales data to support business operations.
