About The Position

Maslow Media Group is recruiting a Master Control Operator to join our client’s broadcast operations team in Liberty, Missouri. In this role, you’ll serve as the final checkpoint before live broadcasts are delivered to viewers across the country. You’ll ensure each broadcast is correctly branded, formatted, and customized to meet client specifications, helping guarantee a flawless viewing experience every time.

Requirements

  • Ability to work on-site in Liberty, Missouri.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other hours driven by live game schedules.
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform final quality assurance checks on live sports broadcasts, ensuring all client-specific branding, graphics, and formats are accurate.
  • Operate event workflows according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor and manage multiple live events simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Identify potential issues proactively and take immediate corrective action.
  • Troubleshoot technical and workflow challenges to maintain uninterrupted broadcasts.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and clients using tools such as Zoom, RTS, and Slack.
  • Escalate issues according to each client’s specific preferences and protocols.
  • Cross-train across multiple client workflows to support operational flexibility.
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
  • Help drive continuous improvement by sharing ideas to optimize workflows and processes.
