You will work within Walmart stores in your area, building seasonal display items (Patio Furniture, BBQ’s, Swings, Lawn Mowers, etc.) and a wide selection of quality Bicycles. You will be our go-to-person to arrive in store, ready to build! You will assemble products and ensure the salesfloor is merchandised according to the client requirements. We take Health and Safety seriously; we adhere to all policies to ensure that all quality measures are met or exceeded both for you as an employee, and for the customers who buy our products. As this is a seasonal program, we also have great incentives that encourage builders to come back year after year!
Requirements
- Previous experience using hand and/or power tools such as drills/drivers, wrenches, ratchets, Allen keys, etc., to build or repair a variety of bicycles and seasonal products.
- Working knowledge of mechanics/assembly and demonstrated ability to assemble products that are safe and built to last for many years to come.
- Comprehension of technical directions to properly assemble product displays.
- Comfortable lifting and moving 30-50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable standing/walking/crouching/kneeling for extensive periods of time.
- Must have your own vehicle and be willing to travel within a designated region.
- Comfortable using mobile devices and apps.

Responsibilities
- Building seasonal display items (Patio Furniture, BBQ’s, Swings, Lawn Mowers, etc.) and a wide selection of quality Bicycles.
- Assembling products and ensuring the salesfloor is merchandised according to client requirements.
- Adhering to all Health and Safety policies.
- Conducting regular safety inspections of products.
- Performing repairs and adjustments to ensure builds are meeting the highest standards.
- Performing repairs or adjustments for customer-owned products on occasion.
- Communicating in group chats, submitting end of day reports, and conducting safety checklists using mobile devices and apps.
