Requirements

Master Technician experience required
Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
Own professional automotive tools
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Previous dealership experience preferred
ASE Certifications strongly preferred
Manufacturer certifications are a plus
Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities

Responsibilities

Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, and electronic vehicle concerns
Perform repairs accurately and efficiently to manufacturer specifications
Complete engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and electrical repairs
Utilize factory scan tools and advanced diagnostic equipment
Perform warranty and customer-pay repairs
Road test vehicles to verify repairs
Communicate findings and repair recommendations with Service Advisors
Mentor and assist apprentice and entry-level technicians
Maintain detailed repair documentation
Stay current with manufacturer training and emerging vehicle technologies
