Requirements

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to sell maintenance and repair recommendations ethically
• Organized and able to manage multiple repair orders at once
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred

Responsibilities

• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on technician inspections
• Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly
• Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
• Keep customers updated from vehicle drop-off through delivery
• Help maximize shop efficiency while maintaining an exceptional customer experience
• Work closely with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
