Requirements

Active Massage Therapist license in Washington.
Prior massage therapy experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body mechanics, safety practices, and client care standards.
Professional, warm, and service-oriented communication style.
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a team-based spa environment.
Ability to maintain guest confidentiality and follow spa policies.

Experience in a spa, wellness, medical spa, hospitality, or aesthetics environment.

Responsibilities

Provide professional massage therapy services in accordance with state licensing requirements and spa standards.
Create a comfortable, safe, and welcoming experience for each guest.
Review guest needs, preferences, contraindications, and treatment goals before beginning services.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepared treatment room.
Follow sanitation, safety, privacy, and documentation expectations.
Communicate professionally with guests, front desk team members, providers, and practice leadership.
Support daily spa flow, scheduling readiness, and treatment room turnover.
Maintain required licensure, certifications, and continuing education as applicable.
